Harvest Festival 2026 | A Window into Seasonality
Not everyone has a plot, an allotment or even a windowsill. But London, as a culinary capital, offers a different way for us to connect with the food we eat: via our chefs. In this talk, facilitated by the team behind Natoora, we will explore the role that Chefs can play in giving us a ‘window’ into where our food comes from, how ingredients are shaped by what happens on the farm, and why passing those stories on to the diner is part of a chef's job.
