Kids October Half term Cookery Workshop | Pumpkins

Calling all young chefs! Join us in the Learning Kitchen this October half term to learn all about cooking with pumpkins and squash. Through a fun, hands-on cookery workshop, we’ll learn how to make a meal out of pumpkin, and discover there’s more to pumpkin than carving them up for Halloween!
Kids class: Age guide 9-12+ years

In all our food learning classes we learn age-appropriate knife skills, explore seasonal vegetables, and are inspired by recipes and ingredients from different cultures. After cooking our meal together, we end the class with a communal meal at the table overlooking the Museum’s courtyard garden.
Our classes are specifically designed and set-up for each age group, so please make sure you have booked onto the right one. If you have children that span different age groups but would like them to attend together, please book them into the session appropriate for the youngest child.
Children aged 9+ may attend the session without parental supervision, but we do ask parents to stay on-site at the Museum (gallery/café) for the duration of the class.
